• Own entrances at the side and rear of the Manor with steps to accommodation which is all on one floor.
• Panoramic sea views from the garden only in this cottage. The Views look across the Links golf course to Tenby town and around the bay to The Gower Peninsula and Worms Head.
• Full gas central heating.
• Spacious Lounge( 31′ x 16′ ) with seating for 8 around a Log effect Gas fire, Digital TV and recordable DVD.  With an additional 2 seats around a Log effect electric fire at the far end of the lounge.
• Wireless internet access in the Lounge and Master Bedroom.
• Large Kitchen with Dishwasher, Fridge, Freezer, microwave, Electric oven and hob plus Washer/Dryer.
• Dining area with seating for 8
